In short: I only collect what you write in the form, only to reply to you. No cookies, no advertising, nothing is sold.
Who is responsible for your data

What is collected
Only what you type in the contact form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your business, the plan you are interested in and your message.
Why
To get back to you about your project and, if you wish, prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your details are never used for advertising, sold or rented.
Who can see it
Only me. Form messages go through Web3Forms, a form delivery service based in India, which emails them to me and may keep them for up to 3 years. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, based in the United States. These transfers outside the European Union are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses). Like any host, Cloudflare briefly keeps technical logs (IP address, date of visit) for security.
How long
- If your request does not lead to a project: 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
- If we work together: for as long as we work together, then as long as the law requires for accounting records (10 years for invoices).
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. To know how many people visit the website and which pages they read, I use GoatCounter, a cookie-free analytics tool that stores neither your IP address nor any data that could identify you. These statistics are anonymous and only used to improve the website, which is why no consent banner is needed. The typefaces are hosted on the website itself, with no call to Google. The demo websites sometimes store information in your browser (for example the sessions booked in the personal trainer demo): it stays on your device and is never sent to me.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, restrict it or get a copy. Write to pro.desnouveaux@gmail.com, I reply within one month at the latest. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
